andagon contributes significantly to project success with expertise, methodology, and a "test perspective"

andagon people GmbH was a reliable partner in our confidential project at a major German government agency for several years. Through the extensive expertise of the assigned test expert and their methodological approach, andagon played a key role in driving innovation and success for both our client and our product. During the project, the team consisted of up to 25 project members. The product developed within the project has now been rolled out nationwide in Germany and is actively used by approximately 2,500 users.

The services provided by andagon people GmbH included representing the test perspective in Scrum meetings, providing feedback and recommendations during backlog refinement, and developing further approaches to address potential weaknesses. Test documentation was migrated from Excel to TM4J, and test cases were continuously expanded in preparation for future automation.

Additionally, andagon established a systematic testing process, configured testing tools according to customer requirements, managed test data integration, and evaluated test results using SQL Developer. They also automated API testing with Postman and Newman. Planning and executing frontend tests, as well as regression test runs in TM4J, were part of the responsibilities, along with identifying relevant test cases in the proof of concept, supporting automated UI test executions, and reviewing test results from initial review to follow-up testing in the overall system.

Furthermore, andagon conducted interface testing and analysis for middleware changes, integrated tests from other projects, documented test insights and defect retests in Jira, analyzed log entries, and supported the investigation of reported issues by performing log analysis and reproducing error scenarios.

The collaboration with andagon people GmbH was characterized by excellent planning and methodology, which ensured that the proposed solutions consistently proved effective in practice. The assigned test expert was able to apply their outstanding and extensive expertise in test design, development, execution, and automation in an excellent manner to benefit the project. Through their initiative, they also motivated the team to achieve exceptional performance. Creative and responsible use of task flexibility led to outstanding results in the work areas managed by andagon.
