In the event of technical defects occurring whilst using our software, we offer the following service:
• updates (feature updates, software patches)
• communication in German and English
• Initial installation on the customer server via Remote
• one-off 4 hour online training following the purchase
• remote diagnosis in the event of software defects or malfunction
